If you have received a password from messages@EyeRecall.com, copy the password then click the link in the email. You will be taken to the message login page on the EyeRecall.com website. Once there, enter the password in the field provided. If you receive an invalid password error message, you must manually enter the password in to the field shown. Upon a successful login, you may then select the message and download or stream it to your local computer.
In order for certain video messages to playback properly, you must have the appropriate playback software for whichever type file the person who left you the message uploaded. Most computers have the capability to decipher the file type and play it instantly. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@EyeRecall.com.
